Customer support with solid knowledge of English + one of the following languages (German/French/Italian/Dutch) 

This is a great opportunity for a person that likes engagement and problem solving. We are looking for a person to help us assist and make easy the order process journey for the customer (B2B or B2C).

Picanova is a world class wall decor and print on demand manufacturer headquartered in Germany and delivering over 120.000 products per day across 170 countries.

Technical Requirements:

  • Communicational English Language + good knowledge of one of the following languages: German/French/Italian/Dutch
  • Good pc literacy
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, team spirit, flexibility
  • Previous experience as customer care support is an advantage

Your duties:

  • Receiving & answering emails with solutions within Customer & Support
  • Responding professionally and friendly to complaints, questions and customer requests;
  • Working with databases, introducing the information quickly and accurately into the database
  • Check information using the special tools used within customer Support Service
  • Chat assistance
