HR-Consulting (www.search4staff.com), on behalf of its client, an international company, is looking for candidates to fill the position of: DIGITAL COMMUNICATION SPECIALIST

Position  responsibilities:

Demonstrating an in-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms along with their respective participants (Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, and Instagram) and how they can be deployed in different scenarios. Knowledge and understanding of current trends in digital media/social media;

Maintaining a daily presence in social networking sites including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and LinkedIn. Managing social media campaigns and day-to-day activities; duties include creating editorial calendars, producing engaging photos and content for posts, scheduling posts, audience building, running social media advertising campaigns, managing comments/messages/mentions across multiple channels, interacting with industry leaders, sharing relevant content to increase engagement;

Implementing and executing a social media strategy, coordinating with the Director of

Corporate Marketing and Galactic’s divisions and departments across the world;

Creating and editing videos for YouTube and other social platforms;

Advocating for clients in social media spaces through social listening, engaging in dialogues, and answering questions where appropriate;

Driving relevant traffic to the website through content re-purposing (blogs, articles, videos, slide shares, infographics, etc.) and campaign performance tracking;

Developing, monitoring, and reporting effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of social media programs, while analyzing, reviewing, and reporting on the effectiveness of campaigns;

Regularly providing insights gained from social media monitoring to internal team members; seeking out new opportunities in the digital space. Supporting team members regarding client needs and recommendations;

Managing SEO for company website;

The duties and responsibilities are intended to describe the general nature and scope of work being performed by this position. This is not a complete listing and other duties will be assigned based on the position’s role within the business unit.


Core competences:

In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn);

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT) and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator);

Strong writing, editing, proofreading, graphic design layout, and printing/publishing skills are essential;

Strong project management, time management, and organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize and meet multiple, simultaneous deadlines;

Strong analytical, critical thinking, troubleshooting, problem-solving skills, and a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
