 Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Manage the acquisition of new customers and improve selling potentials;
  • Price negotiations until a specified discount policy;
  • Risk Management: requesting required collaterals/guarantees from the customers;
  • Coordinate the sale of all products according to the product portfolio (Gasoline, Diesel, LPG);
  • Analyze the market (competition, relevant sales and customer information);
  • Master data update for customers and prospects incl. potentials;
  • Perform the activity in SAP or other relevant ERP systems;
  • Fulfilling responsibilities according to company guidelines;
  • Manage the relationship with the wholesale customers in Moldova through planned individual account support and liaison with internal order-processing staff;
  • Develop ideas and create offers for wholesale customers;
  • Supervision limits and customers creditworthiness (information about insurance, guarantees);
  • Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information whenever required;
  • Active participation to Regional PSS results meetings, with clear knowledge and presentation of department activity and results;
  • Represent a first contact point between the client and all the other internal departments;
  • Carry out an optimal service provision:

-       address any of the client’s questions or concerns

-       discuss the client’s needs and suggest how Petrom products can meet those needs

-       initiate and renew Credit Limits for new and existing clients in due time according to existing procedure

-       escalate and resolve any problems with or complaints about the Petrom Moldova products

  • Analyze sales statistics; prepare regular and ad hoc reports;
  • Etc.

Main requirements:

  • Educational requirements: University degree (Business/Economy);
  • Work experience in sales: at least 5  years;
  • Languages: Romanian, Russian, English (business fluent in writing and speaking);
  • Good knowledge of the retail market;
  • Negotiations skills and persuasiveness;
  • Business oriented person with good communicational skills;
  • Willingness to deliver results and to influence decision processes;
  • Flexibility and willingness for business travel;
  • Computer literate -  high knowledges;
  • Driving license cat. B.
