Challenges of this role:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies for Travod language services to aggressively maintain and improve the company’s position in the EU and APAC marketplace and achieve sales and profit targets.
  • Analyze future business levels and provide sales projections/forecast which supports the development of accurate strategic and tactical plans.
  • New Business Development and Account Management.
  • Act as a key internal consultant to the Board of Directors on sales and marketing issues.
  • Maintain positive and proactive relationships with key customer decision-makers, ensuring that Travod offerings are consistently perceived as the service of choice in the marketplace.
  • Grow the existent teams through training and development programs and keep them motivated, through individual coaching for team leaders and sales managers.
  • Define the role of sales force to enable effective execution of overall brand strategies and achievement of profit goals.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks.

Requirements:

  • B2B sales leadership experience for at least 5 years in an international company, capacity to lead teams.
  • New Business Development and Account Management experience in professional services.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
  • Powerful negotiator and communicator in English.
  • Strategic and analytical skills.
