- Receiving calls from US based customers;
- Processing questions coming from the company's customers;
- Replying to customer requests, being polite, attentive and offering high-quality customer service.
- Upper intermediate or fluency in CHINESE or KOREAN;
- Sociability and proven experience in conflict resolution;
- Reliability, punctuality and organizational skills;
- Politeness and stress resistance
