Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with consultants to gain a full understanding of thevacancies prior to commencing in the selection process.
• Working towards deadlines to ensure vacancies are sourced and filled in timely and efficient manner.
• Source and manage candidate applications using various job boards, networking, social media and other methods.
• Advertising Vacancies.
• Identify potential matches for current vacancies and checking availability.
• Updating client and candidate information on in-house database
• Deal with general queries relating to contracts, pay, logistics etc.

Requirements:

• Ability to prioritize.
• Ability to work to deadlines.
• Negotiation.
• Meet deadlines and target.
• Computer skills including the spreadsheet and word processing programs, and e-mail.
• Analytical and problem solving skills.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Conversational level of English language is MANDATORY
