The Product: Travod has developed a unique and complex technical solution, that is the backbone for internal processes as well as the collaboration with clients and subcontractors. It covers features such as CRM functionalities, project management, finance and more.
The role: The product manager has an essential role in achieving business goals through the implementation of tech solutions. He/she will work closely with top management, business departments, development team, and product designer and will act as a liaison between them.
Main responsibilities:
- Work with internal stakeholders, especially top management, to define business objectives and expected outcomes;
- Define product vision, so that it becomes a key asset and competitive advantage for the company;
- Analyze user needs and behaviors in order to elaborate on the best solutions;
- Create the product roadmap and manage its implementation by collaborating closely with the development team;
- Prepare the necessary documentation for the implementation of features and components;
- Ensure proper onboarding for new users and adoption of new features;
- Proven experience as Product Manager, Business Analyst or similar roles;
- Strong business understanding and analytical skills;
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities;
- Highly autonomous and organized, with attention to details;
- Excellent command of the English language;
- Relevant certifications or courses are welcomed.
