What you’ll do:

  • Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs, сreate job descriptions, recruitment applications;
  • Build networks to find qualified passive candidates;
  • Post openings in online venues (Linkedin, FB etc);
  • Improve the company website recruiting section to assist in recruiting;
  • Screen resumes;
  • Coordinate interviews with the hiring managers;
  • Follow up on the interview process status;
  • Administrate appropriate company assessments (CRM);
  • Perform reference and background checks;
  • Improve organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; emphasizing benefits and perks;
  • Manage intern program by conducting orientations;
  • Plan and oversee the company's social media presence as employer on Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn;
  • Participate in recruiting events, conferences etc. (plan and oversee the production of all printed recruiting materials, including brochures, fliers, signage, slides etc.).

What you need to be successful:

  • Fluent communication skills in spoken and written English
  • Previous work experience in this or similar fields;
  • Efficiency and productivity in multitasking assignments;
  • Ability to manage priorities, set goals and meet deadlines;
  • Analytical thinking and result-oriented professional attitude;
  • Competent at performing tasks independently as well as part of a team;
  • To be sociable, diligent, highly self-motivated, enthusiastic, open-minded and honest.
