Retently, a successful business with offices in Chisinau, Moldova and San Francisco, USA is looking to expand its team by hiring a Customer Success Manager to join our team.
You would be working to acquire new customers, support existing customers and make them become successful by using Retently’s product.

Responsibilities:
  • Respond to pre-sales inquiries in a timely manner
  • Maintain high customer retention, customer satisfaction and monitor customer complaints if any
  • Analyze customer behaviour and product usage .
  • Keep records of all Customers suggestions and complaints if any
  • Use consistent follow-up email templates to onboard and setup new customers
  • Qualify new users via phone calls/email/social media and schedule product demos
  • Qualify inbound leads via phone calls/email/social media and schedule calls/demos
  • Daily lead development with research via social media/internet
  • Customer Relationship Management in company’s Salesforce CRM
  • Daily CRM tasks with lead nurturing and personalized emails
  • Prepare customer satisfaction reports;
Requirements:
You'll be able to add the most value if you:.
  • Experience in B2B sales or customer care
  • Experience using SaaS products
  • Fluency in English is a must.
