• You have at least 6 months of experience in the field of IT recruitment;
• You speak Russian and Romanian fluently, English - at an advanced level;
• You have excellent communication skills;
• You have basic knowledge of IT (programming languages, frameworks, databases, etc.);
• You have the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.

What you will do:

• Create and post job announcements on various recruitment platforms;
• Proactively source candidates;
• Strategically build a candidate pipeline through innovative recruiting and networking practices;
• Conduct interviews and complete evaluation forms;
• Track hiring activity within the applicant tracking system;
• Foster long-term relationships with candidates.
