We are looking for a qualified team leader who will be responsible for creating and managing a remote sales team.

 Responsibilities 

• hiring processes and new team member training
• generate and share comprehensive and detailed reports about team performance, mission-related objectives, and deadlines
• provide encouragement to team members, including communicating team goals
• monitor team performance and report on metrics

 Requirements

• proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor
• interviewing skills
• sales industry experience 
• organizational and time-management skills
• excellent written and verbal English communication skills
