Picanova is the global market leader for customizable wall and home decoration. In our 5 factories we manufacture up to 500.000 products per day individually tailored to each customer and shipped to over 170 countries. We sell via 30 in-house online stores which are fuled by cutting edge technology and world class marketing.

Technical Requirements:

  • Communicational English Language + good knowledge of German

  • Previous experience as customer care support is an advantage

Your duties:

  • Receiving & answering emails with solutions within Customer & Support
  • Responding professionally and friendly to complaints, questions and customer requests;
  • Check information using the special tools used within customer Support Service
  • Chat assistance
