Customer Success Manager

Customer Success Manager  develops contacts with local individuals, businesses and education institutions in order to generate qualified Agent contacts. Handles recruiting duties utilizing various contact methods which include but are not limited to, in-person, telephone and email.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Obtains client information through existing data base; interviewing clients; verifying information.
• Determines eligibility by comparing client information to requirements.
• Establishes policies by entering client information. Informs clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.
• Updates job knowledge by studying new job descriptions; participating in educational opportunities.
