Project Manager (17:00-01:00)

What is a usual day of a Project Manager like at Travod?
You are going to be responsible for the entire life cycle of all assigned projects, develop project schedules and workflows. Liaise with the sales staff to clarify project specifications, timeframes and budget resources; ensure high-quality control; identify and document opportunities to improve processes.
 
Challenges:
Working with hundreds of linguists from all around the world, ensuring all the projects are delivered on time, with no mistakes and meet the client’s requirements.

Evening shift: 17:00 - 01:00

Night shift: 01:00-08:00

Sales Manager with English/Spanish/German

Your role:
Identify business opportunities and convert them into a long-term collaboration.

Responsibilities:
  • Reach to more key-decision makers via different channels (mass mail, Linkedin, calls, ask for recommendations, etc) 
  • Research and identify the customers’ needs and position Travod as a compelling solution.
  • Develop quotes, proposals, champion letter and presentations for clients.
  • Negotiate the best terms and onboard new clients
  • Ensure excellent customer service- handle promptly any complaints
  • Follow industry trends internationally
Requirements:
Necessary:
  • Proven work experience in sales, business development, marketing or related fields (at least 2 years)
  • Advanced communication skills in English/German/Spanish
  • Strong negotiation skills
Optional:
  • Other languages are an advantage
  • Understanding of translation and localization processes and market
  • Experience with CRM tools
